Project Highlights
A luxury mixed-use compound with a built-up area of 35,000 sqm. It is composed of 4 underground levels for parking and technical services, upper and lower ground levels devoted to retail, and 9 floors hosting 75 apartments distributed over 3 blocks. Each apartment has been finished and decorated according to the landlords specific requirements.
Scope of Work
Execution was done on a turnkey basis from shoring and excavation to finishing and commercial operations. Ashada has coordinated the design of 42 non standard apartments and executed the inside finishing as per agreements with each client.
