Project Highlights

Construction of three new annex buildings: B, C and D. Annex B includes a 2,400 sqm, 7 vault area, with high security doors; 10,000 sqm of underground, 4-level parking, one technical floor, upper and lower ground floors for the Public and Treasury department, and a 10-floor tower with glass curtain, stone and aluminum clad exterior façades.

Annex C is a technical compound housing generators and transformers with maintenance and parking areas; it is also the headquarters of the Central Bank's security organization.

Building D is a 4-level underground parking of 10,000 sqm.

The new complex included the installation of a hightech data and telephone communication system involving enhancement and updating of the existing network, a Building Management System, a general computer controlled security with CCTV and access control integrate, involving controlled doors operation, fire dampers, card access, Automatic Teller Machines...
