Project Highlights

Total refurbishment of all facades of the building, including granite cladding and aluminum windows. Installation of new 2500 tons of HVAC chillers, new electrical systems as well as a Building Management System to control lighting, HVAC and security. Installation of a new firefighting / alarm protection system.

Rehabilitation of the parking, all including new ventilation system and epoxy paint to all floors. Architectural rehabilitation of all floors including all bathrooms.

All works were executed without interrupting various activities in the bank and other companies located in the premises.
