Project Highlights

A high-tech office building including sophisticated BMS, CCTV, data communications, and access control systems.

Execution was done on a turnkey basis from piling and excavation at 30 meters depth to systems commissioning and commercial operation. It is composed of 8 underground levels for parking and technical services, a commercial ground floor and 10 levels of luxurious office space.

The most outstanding construction aspect was the shoring system devised to stabilize the 30 meters deep faces of excavation against adjacent buildings with shallow foundations on the 2 back street sides and heavy circulation roads on the two other sides.
