Project Highlights
A 4-floor industrial building featuring heavy duty storage space and located in the free zone area of Beirut Harbor. Project included transformer banks, emergency power generators, large parking area, 10,000 sqm storage facility for containers and protection fence. Top floor of the building incorporated a large surface exhibition center of 4,000 sqm with space frame skylights and large glass bays. This floor is the permanent showroom of the Lebanese National Industry and is managed by the Lebanese Association of industrialists. Also 2 compounds were built for customs clearance and control with a total area of 500 sqm.
Scope of Work
Construction including all necessary infrastructures such as drainage and lighting.
