Project Highlights
A combination of underground and aerial telephone network distribution in the Chouf and Mount Lebanon areas. Total trenching 350 km including all cabling from the MDF Exchange to the Subscriber box, PVC ducts, manholes, trenches, asphalting, cabling, jointing terminations.
A total of 70,000 lines have been delivered to the utility operator. A central precast yard produced all structures and manholes for the project. Regions serviced: Suburban Beirut and Chouf.
Scope of Work
Cabling activity included pulling and jointing cables up to 2400 pairs; also fiber optic long distance links were executed for the purpose of connecting major exchanges in addition to the copper link.
