Project Highlights

This landmark building is located in Beirut's famous Solidere area. It was completely refurbished to strict Solidere specifications.

A complete seismic rehabilitation of the concrete structure from footings to the top slab took place, in addition to the construction of two new floors.

The old stone facades were dismantled and a new stone cladding was executed. A copper dome for the roof was installed as well as a decorative copper exterior cladding. Installation of a new HVAC and electrical systems and incorporation of new lifts for passengers.
